Our welding services are available as individual package or as a part of our design-to delivery package.  Our precision sheet metal service favours welding of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.Â
We offer a range of in-house welding processes including conventional gas welding, spot welding, MIG /TIG welding as well as robotic welding.
We have modern welding equipment to ensure minimal distortion and maximum weld penetration when welding.
Our welders regularly undergo qualification test for welders in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN 9606-1:2013.
Robot Welding
Our Robotic welding unit increases capacity for customers requiring high-accuracy in large volume batches. Other benefits arise in the form of reduced cost of product, with savings occurring in filler materials, weld wire and quality control expenditure.
To ensure fabrication of components to high degree of accuracy and repeatability we produce and apply welding fixtures designed specifically for each customer.
